Absolut? Das glaube ich nicht, denn ich las "das Eichhörnchen hält keinen wirklichen Winterschlaf, doch bei anhaltendem Frost zieht es sich einige Tage in den Unterschlupf* zurück." Also kein absoluter Winterschlaf. ;-) Man spricht daher von "Winterruhe".

*Handelt es sich um ein vom Eichhörnchen selbst gebautes Nest, so wird dieser Unterschlupf "Kobel" genannt, wie ich dank Tatoeba gelernt habe. ☺
