Bemerkung:

Das Et-Zeichen (&) ist im Deutschen einzig und allein in Firmennamen zulässig. Überall sonst ist es als Abkürzung für das Wort „und“ falsch. Die korrekte Abkürzung hierfür lautet „u.“
