Actually, that's an Old Slavic sentence, but written with modern Russian alphabet. (In that way, as it's used in modern Russian).
So, we can use this kind of Easter greeting not only in Russia, but for all Slavic Orthodox churches, that use the Old Slavic language for praying.

Старославянский и древнерусский относятся к разным группам славянских языков. Кроме того, старославянский - это литературный язык, его использовали главным образом для записи текстов.
