特に決まりというわけではないのですが、ぼくは新しく投稿する例文は半角英数を使うことにしています。
普段全角をお使いになりますか？

2桁以上の数字は半角で、一日、三ヶ月などのように漢字表記できる一桁の数字は全角が多いです。改まった理由はないですが、強いていえば全角はひらがなや漢字みたいな文字だと思っているからでしょうか。

基本的に数字は半角がいいと思います。全角数字は半角と違って禁則処理されないことが多いです。１行あたりの表示文字数が異なる様々な機器に対応するには、半角の方が向いています。
