"veni" postulas akuzativon, "alveni" ne postulas ĝin.

Alveni al loko ne bezonas akuzativon, sed en via frazo mankas "al". "Hierau li alvenis sana", estas korekta. Sed alveni estas netransitiva, kaj "alveni chi tie" sonas kvazau li jam estis chi tie.

Kiam oni alvenas iE, oni JAM estas surloke (la almovo jam estas finita)
Alveni, laŭ PIV, estas kaj transitiva kaj netransitiva.
Kelkaj uzas "ĉi tien", kaj aliaj "ĉi tie". Laŭ tio, kion mi ĵus klarigis, la dua solvo ŝajnas al mi pli logika.
