
100 is the best grade you can achieve in japan.
I don't know how it is in america, or where ever you come from (by the way, you really should fill your profile with important information about your native language, other languages you know and where you come from) but you really should write "Have you ever gotten top marks/grades on a test..." just to prevent misunderstanding.

I'll change that if that makes more sense. I'ts just that, in my experience in America, sometimes tests can be out of more or less than 100 points.

こうすると、日本のことについて英語で話すときの言い方に変えてもいいかもしれません。
