Mi pensas ke la frazo estas "Cxu vi konsideras donaci grava". Mi ne komprenas kio faras "la fakto" en tiu cxi frazo.

Via frazo ne estas gramatike ĝusta: grava ne povas akordi kun donaci. Adjektivo ne rilatu al verbo, sed nur al -o vorto aŭ al pronomo.
Mi modifis la frazon, ne uzante vian (erarigan) korekton

Jes, mi celis "vi konsideras donaci grave". I-verbo (infinitivo) rolas ofte kiel O-vorto. Vidu PMEG http://bertilow.com/pmeg/gramat...subjekto.html.
