Ich finde, dieser Satz meint genau das, was er sagt. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger.
Es wird geradeheraus klargestellt, dass der Satz größerer Korrekturen bedarf. Die Formulierung ist meines Erachtens weder höflich, noch unhöflich oder herabsetzend, sondern neutral. Warum ich mir darüber Gedanken gemacht habe? Weil ich danach gefragt wurde, ob der Satz ironisch gemeint sei. Nun ich glaube, auch das ist er nicht.
