Please, change the capitalisation, punctuation and Keyoko>Keiko:
«Кто эта девочка?» — «Она Кейко».

A change from "Она" to "Это" to make it sound natural was suggested in comments to the Ukrainian sentence.

I believe it's a good idea.

I think we can sneak that change in now rather than wait 14 days, seeing as he hasn't logged in for six months.
