'den' Sachen: der Artikel gibt dem Satz einen anderen Sinn, etwa: die Sachen, die ich nie benutze, sind in meiner Wohnung (damit mein Haus nicht so vollgeräumt ist).
Ich würde sagen: "ist mit Sachen vollgefüllt,..."
(vollgeräumt steht leider nicht im Duden)

Ist das Österreichisch? „Meine Wohnung ist voll von/voller Sachen“ käme ich viel gängiger vor.

Heute würde ich sagen "vollgestopft", weil "stuff" ja von stopfen kommt.
