It means "I haven't read that book (said by a male)". You can check the translation. Or it should be rather "this book"?

Original Norwegian didn't have a demonstrative pronoun, but I've added it for Serbian, since we don't have definite article. It is OK to use "that", since I used such form. As a book we are talking about (it doesn't have to be there with the speakers). If I don't answer on some your comment, It means I have no objection. :)

I can't judge how it matches with Norwegian, but I'll ask Alexander to check if my Russian sentence matches with the his Norwegian, German and Esperanto sentences and link it.
