I'd say it in German or English, because they often have no idea which is the first name. I can imagine saying it in Japanese to someone who knows Japanese but doesn't know much about Japanese culture, but I agree that it's not really likely.
Changing the name might help.

My name is Nagy Tamás. Nagy is my last name, and Tamás is my first name.
I think this is much more likely. What do you think?

I saw this dialogue in a German vocabulary book and found it nice and real.
„Ich heiße Yilmaz Sariisik.“ – „Ist Sariisik der Familienname?“ – „Ja.“

Ich kenne Leute, die sch statt ch oder s sagen, oder kein h aussprechen können, aber ich kenne noch niemanden, der sch statt h sagt.

Es gibt Leute, die kein "h" aussprechen können. (Mir wurde das obige Beispiel von einem Kollegen erzählt, der ein solches Gespräch selbst in einem Sprachkurs erlebt hat.)
