ちょっと質問はよく分からなくて、勘違いしないように、僕が分かったことを説明します。第二者は寒くないと思うけど、第一者のいうことを聞くとちょっと疑ってきて、で第三者が「疑うことなんてない、確かに寒くない」というこどです。正しいですか？

ぼくの文はこういう状況です。
ボストンの街にて、長袖の人に交じって半袖の人もいる。それを見ている太郎と花子。
太郎「こんな寒いのに半袖の人もちらほらいるね」
花子「（あの人たちは）寒くないのかな」
太郎「（半袖で平気でいるんだからきっと彼らは）寒くないんだろうね」
