It's kind of hard to translate with the same punctuation since the pronoun is at the end in the Japanese.
馬鹿 stupid/idiot
だ is/am/are
な huh? isn't it? you know? ey?
おまえら Derogatory pronoun for "you". It can be said in jest, depending on your company, and your tone. The ら makes it plural.

>It can be said in jest, depending on your company, and your tone.
You're right.
>It's kind of hard to translate with the same punctuation

"You are nuts, all of you."

In their opinion, such words as 君、私、あなたがた etc. are all mere nouns.
