As it is, the sentence isn't natural-sounding English.

Maybe something like:
"What has he got to reproach you about?" or
"What does he have to reproach you about?"

The literal would be: "He has something to reproach you for." (i.e. there is something that you've done or a quality that you have that "he" can reproach - or maybe blame would do better - you for.)
