Bunu tek tek değil de bir bütün olarak ele almak lazım.

Rusçada birebir karşılığı var mı bilmiyorum.
Bence en azından "çok fazla" yani "too much"olarak çevrilebilir.

I searched on the Internet how Russians, who know Turkish, translate this expression. they translate it just as "очень сильно"-"too much". I didnt find more accurate translation. so I'll translate it as "too much".

so, as I see there is no any difference between "çok çok" and "çok ama çok"? then for what purpose added "ama"? just for nothing?

You can say all of them for the translation of ''Take very good care of yourself.''

I don't think these are for nothing. Çok ama çok sounds more natural to me for the sentence above but it takes more time to pronounce it while leaving.
