Is this stating that it is doubtless that the holocaust took place or are you talking about some deeper truth that became clear?

In any case, it sounds a bit strange as an English sentence. "Doubtless" isn't usually used this way. (I'm left waiting for another clause.) Perhaps you meant "is beyond doubt" or "cannot be doubted".
