In official speech and advertising such names are usually not declinated. E.g. in advertisement one can hear «пити „Кока-кола“», «весело і смачно в МакДональдс», whilst the normal variants are «пити „Кока-колу“», «весело і смачно в МакДонадьдсі».

Sometimes to avoid phrases sounding veird additional declinable classifiers are added. E.g. this sentence can be rewritten «Я з нетерпінням чекаю цієї нової версії проекту/сайту Tatoeba», or sentences are broken down into smaller bits (e.g. «МакДональдс. Ось що я люблю» ), though this also sounds strange and no one speaks like this.
