This seems like an incomplete sentence.

I intended it as a reply.

"Is anyone working on the presentation?"
"Yes, our manager is."

"Is anyone in your company a redhead?"
"Yes, our manager is."

Should I unlink it and make it a two-sentence conversation instead?

Yes, you should definitely unlink it, since it no longer correspond to the other English sentences. Independently, the sentence doesn't make much sense.
