I love the business-like air about this sentence. Great job!
(Also, English translation please, pretty please?)

I really don't know. I saw it somewhere and I was hoping someone else would tell me ;)
I can't find пересогласовать in any dictionary, but if I had to guess, I would say: "I suggest we agree on a time beforehand." Does that sound ok?

"agree on a time" good turn, I should remember it now.
You missed the пере- though. Here it refers to doing it (once) again. The (a?) time has been agreed upon previously, but something had changed and a (the?) new time has to be chosen.
(Your articles are such a bother. -_-)
It would be "reagree", I guess, if not for the fact there is no such verb in English.

PS. "Согласовывать (что-либо с кем-либо)" сейчас стало одним из модных словечек в деловом языке, поэтому я и сказал "business-like": от этого предложения так и веет деловитостью, и это хорошо! :>

Aha! Thanks for that, it made all the difference. Now I know what it means :)
