I think porfiriy would know more (although kellenparker seems to know already). We should ask them.
For this specific one, it would be something like:
Intérnétta tatarche torbetler az / Интернетта татарчэ торбэтлэр аз.
An Uighur transliteration would actually be really useful to promote the links between these languages. I mean, in this case I was able to understand the meaning just from reading the Tatar :)

On Kellen Parker's blog there is a link that doesn't work for me. :(

Yea, I think I know which link you mean. I tried and it didn't open for me either...
