Mice'ın anlamını biliyorum.

İngilizce cümledeki "some mice" ifadesi belgisizlik anlamı taşıyor. Cümlede farelerin sayısından çok, o yerde fare görüldüğü vurgulanıyor.
Türkçede evde fare görülüp, "eve fare girmiş" dendiğinde de bu tarz bir belgisizlik anlamı olur. İlla tekillik, tek bir fare anlamı olması gerekmez. Zaten fare bir yere girip, görülme aşamasına gelinmişse, yuvasını kurmuştur ve muhtemelen çoğalmaya da başlamıştır. Malum, hızlı üreyen bir canlı.
