Shouldn’t it be قازاندا? At least in Tatar it’s Qazanda.

But where is the little squiggle on all the other K's? They all look like standard K's to me... Shouldn't they be Қ?

If it doesn't help, use ь (яшь = yəş; юк = yuq, since it has no ь).
