Wenn Du mich fragst, ich denke "wirklich" ist in beiden Sinnen lesbar. Die Antwort ist Ja.

Gibt's denn einen Unterschied in der Betonung?

When I thought of a Russian translation, it suddenly dawned me that some variants are just like this sentence, in that they allow double reading, but the reading "we really are so, it's true" would have the word meaning "really" stressed.

Sinn 1 (von Dir angefragt): Wir sind WIRKLICH gute Freunde. (eine Hauptbetonung)

Sinn 2: Wir sind WIRKLICH GUTE FREUNDE. (drei Hauptbetonungen)
