en du semajnojn -> en du semajnoj
Ĉi tie, la -n finaĵo (akuzativo) ne estas bezonata. Temas nek pri rekta objekta komplemento, nek pri almovo post la prepozicio "en". Temas pri daŭro de tempo post prepozicio, tial akuzativo ne necesas.
Ekzemple:
Li restadis du semajnojn en la urbo (akuzativo necesas, ĉar ne estas prepozicio)
Li faris la vojaĝon en du monatoj (la prepozicio ne enkondukas almovon, do akuzativo ne necesas)
