I guess this is some sort of proverb? The English is good, but it doesn't make any sense to me. Maybe if I knew what the proverb was about I'd be able to do better.

it's not a proverb. it's a fake weather lore.
it's supposed to mean ~ that when you shoot shit into someone's face, it will look like nice freckles. ^^

I didn't tag this one "fake weather lore". It's just a funny rhyme in German. Of course this rhyme and all the fake weather lores are best in German, but I think translating them makes sense for those who want to understand the German one.
