I read minute = very small.
Cf. There was a minute's difference between them.
and There was a one-minute difference between them.

You read it correctly. That is what the Japanese means. The German and the Polish do not match that meaning, however. I cannot say anything about the Hebrew.

I corrected the German translation according to the sense of the Japanese original.

Sigfrido's Esperanto seems to be a translation of Tamy's German before it was changed.
