
The original joke's effect (leaving out the last "eggs") can be achieved with {ko erve pare zo'e}, but then it becomes obvious that information is left out. To actually mean "if there are eggs, buy a dozen (more) liters of milk", you'd use {ko erve pare sego'e}, {ko erve pare ly}, {ko erve pare ra}, or even {ko erve pare le litce}
