j'aurais écrit "avec lequel". On joue à un jeu, mais d'un (avec un) instrument.

Moi je dis plutôt j'apprends à jouer du piano, de la guitare. Je peux éventuellement apprendre à jouer au violon, mais il faudra m'apporter des oranges.

Eh bien je vous garantis que je ne peux pas dire que j'apprends à jouer DU piano. Ça ne fait pas partie de mes usages...
Je trouve bien les 2 en cherchant dans la littérature...

Je suis d'accord avec vous pour dire qu'il y a les 2 façons de le dire (je n'ai jamais prétendu le contraire), mais ça fait partie de mes usages de le dire autrement que vous.
