「洗濯物干してきちゃった」というのは、洗濯物を外に干した後で仕事なり遊びなりに出かけたということで、それで(家でも雨が降っていると推定して)洗濯物を取り込めなくて困っているわけです。just ではないはずです。

あと「どうしよう」は実質的な疑問文ではないと思うのですが What shall/should I do? もそうなのでしょうか? damn とかの方が近い気もします(多分語感はもうちょっと上品ですが)。
