The linked sentences are all commands, though.
"Don't eat just before going to bed." may work, though I must remark that only Macedonian has an adverb equivalent to "just", the other sentences may be better translated as "Don't eat before going to bed." which would seem to me to imply "just before" or "immediately before", anyway.
