
Why not "Don't be so worried." ??

You can use both, and there's only a very slight difference in the meaning for me:
Don't be that worried = Don't worry too much about it.
Don't be so worried = You're worrying too much about this thing. Relax.
But they're close to interchangeable. You can add the other as an alternative translation if you like.
