3) 悪い悪い is a half-arsed way of saying "sorry"

"what's that?" is also said to mean "what did you say?", so number 2 doesn't need to be changed. But I do agree on number 1 and 3. Maybe "Sorry about that." for number 3.
By the way, 悪い is mainly used like this by male speakers, and I believe it is short for (僕が)悪かった

4) The implied meaning of だもんな is closer to "after all" or "of course".
But since this is a good sentence in its own right, maybe it's better to unlink it from the Japanese and add a corrected translation as a completely new entry.
