¿Me hiciste acordar?

Serafin Serafin August 3, 2015 August 3, 2015 at 5:52:55 AM UTC flag Report link Permalink

"Me acordaste" is the normal and, moreover, standard way of saying it in various Latin American countries, including El Salvador. In fact, I only added the alternative version "me recordaste" because I am aware that some Spanish native speakers, especially those hailing from Spain, don't like the verb "acordar" being used this way.

@odexed: "me hiciste acordarme de Tom" would be acceptable for me too.

Yo nunca escuché "me acordaste" siempre "me hiciste acordar".

¿Y dónde se dice "me acordaste"?

Serafin Serafin August 4, 2015, edited August 4, 2015 August 4, 2015 at 4:25:19 AM UTC, edited August 4, 2015 at 2:31:04 PM UTC flag Report link Permalink
