Secondo l'Accademia della Crusca, solo di' rappresenta l'imperativo del verbo "dire"

L'Accademia rileva che ALTRI considerano la forma apostrofata come l'unica valida. Ma altri all'infuori di chi? Non essendo in precedenza menzionati autori estranei all'Accademia, ciò può essere interpretata solo nel senso che quest'ultima considera corrette entrambe le grafie. Del resto praticamente tutte le tabelle di coniugazione disponibili in rete riportano le due forme. Altri ancora ritengono la forma accentata quantomeno ammissibile (vedasi http://www.oblique.it/images/fo...ivo_scheda.pdf in fondo a pag. 1).
