This sentence is not incorrect but is not something Koreans would speak.
The pronoun '그녀' is used mostly in books, whereas in modern speech, depending on the formality of the situation, '얘', '그 사람' or '그 분' would be used.
Koreans tend to keep most adverbs close to the verb, so switching '어느정도' and '일본어를' would probably flow more smoothly.
My Korean coworkers recommend:
"얘는 일본어를 어느정도 할 줄 안다."
