Ik zou zeggen: "ik heb gekeken/ Ik heb het nagezien". Maar dat klinkt misschien te eenvoudig...

"Gecheckt" klinkt voor mij beter dan welke andere optie dan ook. Checken is een prima leenwoord, nazien hoor ik zelf nooit. Ik ga het zo laten ;)

In mijn taalgebruik (Midden-Brabant) is "gecheckt" zeker het meest gebruikt, maar "Ik heb het gecontroleerd" lijkt me ook heel normaal.
