Some times "hoy día" is used in Perú instead of "hoy".

(es) Se debería poner una etiqueta "americanismo" (o algo similar).

Me parece que "carro" en vez de "coche" es también un americanismo. Por eso yo quisiera traducir a francés con "char", como dicen en Québec, y no con "voiture", como dicen en Francia, si nadie protesta.

(fr) Il faudrait une étiquette pour signaler l'américanisme. Je crois que "carro" au lieu de "coche" est également un américanisme, si bien que j'aimerais traduire en français par "char", comme on dit au Québec, et non par "voiture", si personne ne proteste.

"hoy día" es un peruanismo, hasta donde yo sé no se usa esa expresión fuera del Perú. "Carro" si se usa en latinoamerica.
