Period is missing. Also, () are not allowed in sentences. See our rules at: http://bit.ly/tatoebaquickstart
Instead, how about translating the English sentence twice?

Tom had a bad headache.
-> توم لديه الم رأس سيئ.
-> توم لديه الم رأس حاد.

Please change this sentence to "توم لديه الم رأس سيئ.", and then go to the English sentence and add another sentence: "توم لديه الم رأس حاد."

Both Arabic sentences are in the present tense while the English is in the past tense.
