Es könnte man noch kürzer schreiben: "Fésülködtél?" - aber die Bedeutungen der zwei Sätze unterschieden einen Hauch.
In einem Wort gibt's (schwiereg zu erklären): fésül-köd-tél - kämmen-sich-du+hast+ge+t.
"Meg-" ist ein Präverb, das heißt: irgendeine Tätigkeit fertigmachen (Bist du damit fertig?).

"Die Haare" sagen wir dabei überhaupt nicht, es ist selbstverständlich, dass man sich die Haare (auf dem Kopf) kämmt und nicht die Haare am Rücken. Wir können aber es auch sagen: "Megfésülted a hajadat?" - in diesem Fall (mit "dein Haar" im Singular) ohne "sich". :)
