Одно другому не мешает. Достать из-под лавины нельзя, а из под завала, ею оставленного можно. К тому же в анг-анг словарях написано, что речь хоть и идёт обычно о снеге, но не всегда.

Завал в первую очередь понимается как груда строительных обломков, либо преграда на дороге. Если вы хотите донести смысл до читателя, то это должен быть хотя бы "снежный завал".

Смысл будет доносить контекст. А тут не сказано, из-под какого завала её достали. С предложением все ок.
