Pardonu, ke ankaŭ mi aldonas mian opinieton ☺
En tiu frazo la vorton "estas" oni povas rigardi superflua. Jen (jam) enhavas ĝian signifon.

Al Alexander:
mi kutimis skribi "jen" anstataŭ "jen estas", ĝis iu asertis, ke mi eraras. Mi esploris tekstaron, kaj trovis, ke la plimulto skribas "Jen estas", se temas pri la verbo "esti". Poste mi tamen denove uzis la koncizan formon, kiun vi proponas.

Al Soweli_Elepanto:
mi emas pravigi vin, ĉar temas pri difinita hundo. Mi aldonis la artikolon.

Al Danepo:
Dankon pro via referenco. Ofte mi ellasas "la" en tiaj kazoj. Fakte Bertilo ne diras, ke oni "rajtas" ellasi "la", sed konstatas, ke oni ofte ellasas ĝin.

Al ĉiuj:
Oni skribu tion, kio necesas por esti unusence kaj facile komprenata. Memoru la uzon de vortoj, kiaj "vesto/vestaĵo".
Mi ne scias, ĉu tio estas eksplicita regulo. Miascie ĝi ne troviĝas inter la dekseso de la fundamenta gramatiko, sed ĝi iel evidentas el la ekzercaro, literaturaj ekzemploj, k.t.p.
