"너 내가 필요하다면, 어딘가에 있을 거야."

The sentence is in 반말 (informal speech), so 당신 doesn't work. In Korean the informal vocative case of you (너) is more natural.
필요하다, unlike in English, is an adjective, not a verb, so it cannot take an object, thus it must take the nominative case of I (내가).
Also, better than 하면, 하다면 sounds more natural because it gives the illusion that the person who is 'needing' is seeking help.
난 is OK to leave, but since the pronoun is understood, it would not be used in casual speech.
The rest of the sentence sounds good, the words DO need to be spaced out though.
