Shouldn't it be "seriously"? consider sth. seriously.
Alternatively: I consider that TO BE very serious

The variant above sounds really odd, though I'm not a native speaker. Still, it strikes me as odd.
(Depending on the outcome, I can fix the German translation which is off either way)

The "to be" isn't necessary. With the phrase "for several reasons", it wouldn't be "seriously."

Here are some similar examples of the "to be" being omitted in front of adjectives.

I just realized why I don't run into problems for the other examples your provided: they simply are unambiguous.

I fortunately consider myself
=> does not make sense
=> must be "I am fortunate"

I fluently consider => error
I lowly consider => error
I luckily consider => error

... I am still not a native speaker, I just wanted to share that revelation with you ;-)
