This doesn't match the Japanese.
* The queue for the toilet has got too long. Do you think it's time we expedited things by having a peek?
* トイレの列が長すぎて開演に間に合わないかもしれない。
It's best to just ignore sentences that you don't understand, or leave a comment on the sentence asking what it means.
There are likely many sentences here that you do understand, so if you limit yourself to translating those, then we will have dependable translations.
That's what we all basically do.

OK, sure.
The part I was having problems with was "開演". I misinterpreted in two ways:
* taking "curtain raising" as an action rather than an event
* consequently misinterpreting "間に合う" as something more like whether something is acceptable/suitable (skipping past "間に")
Now that you've pointed out that there's something wrong, it's clear that the meaning is more like "given the [too long] length of the queue for the toilet, do you think that we'll miss out on the curtain-raising [start of the play]?".
> There are likely many sentences here that you do understand,
> so if you limit yourself
> to translating those, then we will have dependable translations
But where is the challenge/fun in that? Surely learning a language is the antithesis to "limiting yourself."
That is, by the way, the second time that you have told me "don't do that". My goal is to improve my Japanese. I had hoped that this was a good site to achieve that. Telling me not to submit Japanese sentences if it isn't my native language is one thing, but telling me not to take chances on translating existing Japanese sentences if there's a chance they're wrong goes too far, in my opinion. Without fallible humans like me trying, failing, being corrected, discussing and gradually improving, what other audience does this site have?

I mistranslated this. My revised translation is here: https://tatoeba.org/eng/sentences/show/5150448
