Да, можно сказать "насколько хорошо", но это звучит немного формально. Не в таком диалоге.
То же самое, например, с выражениями типа "как долго" или "как давно":
Как долго ты там пробыл? ~ Долго ты там был?
Как давно ты тут живёшь? ~ Давно ты тут живёшь?

И в ответ ожидают услышать не "долго"/"недолго" или "давно"/"недавно", а сколько.
"Долго ты там был?" - "Десять минут".
"Давно ты тут живёшь?" - "Три года".
