Mi proponas "Tie ankaŭ estas parko".
En neniu de mi konata lingvo mi vidas numeralon "unu".

La germana temas pri "unu" (...einen Park) sed tamen mi ŝanĝis.

Se mi bone memoras la germanan, kiun mi lernis antaŭ sesdek jaroj, "ein" estas kaj la nedifinita artikolo kaj la numeralo, same kiel en la nederlanda kaj la flandra, kiu estas mia gepatra lingvo.
Se la tradukenda frazo esprimas, ke estas "unu, kaj nur unu" parko, tiam vi evidente uzu la numeralon "unu", sed se ĝi esprimas, ke "ja" estas parko, la nedifinita artikolo (do simple nenio) estas la ĝusta traduko.
Mi ja konscias, ke ne ĉiam la afero estas absolute klara.

Vi pravas. En tio germana frazo ambaŭ signifoj eblas. Eblas ke temas pri "nek tri nek du sed unu parko" aŭ pri parko. Oni ne scias. Sed nedifinita artikolo estas pli verŝajne.
