Est-ce que cette phrase peut avoir encore deux significations ?
1) Merci de m'avoir soutenu(e). (dans le passé)
2) Je te prie de me soutenir. (dans le futur)

Ou est-ce juste "je te remercie parce que tu me soutiens" (a présent) ?

Je ne pense pas qu'elle puisse être utilisé pour le passé.

Le plus naturel, c'est au présent :
Merci de me soutenir tous les jours dans mon travail.

Au futur, c'est possible aussi, même si ce n'est pas ce qu'il y a de plus naturel :
La semaine prochaine sera difficile, merci de me soutenir.
