The words are by Lina Sandell, from 1865, and the music for the hymn is attributed to Oscar Ahnfelt and was composed in 1872, so it is free from copyright.
I suppose either tag might be appropriate, or you could create a new tag "hymn", since it began as a written song that was later set to music, with the words then altered slightly to better fit the music. This particular hymn is often sung at Swedish funerals, and the music is used for the words of a different English hymn with a similar theme, "Day by Day."
