
PIN should be capitalised. (And ideally without the “number” afterwards.)

This should be changed.
FROM:
I've lost my pin number!
TO:
I've forgotten my PIN number.
PIN = Personal Identification Number
Even though logically you shouldn't say "PIN number", many, maybe most, people do.
I don't think we'd actually say "lost a PIN number" Usually we'd say "forgot a PIN number."

The sentence is anonymous - you can adopt it and change it.
